Return & Refund Policy
At GALLOPER™ GROUP, every item is made on-demand exclusively for you once you place your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not hold stock or inventory.
Please read our terms carefully before making your purchase:
1. Change of mind or sizing issues
Because each garment is produced specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal dissatisfaction. It is the customer's responsibility to consult our Size Guide (available in both centimeters and inches in each product description) before completing your order.
2. Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (tears, printing errors, faulty stitching) or damage during transit, we will take responsibility:

Notification: You must report the issue within a maximum of 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory evidence: It is essential to send a clear photograph of the defect to our email address: galloperstore@gmail.com. Without visual proof, we will not be able to process your claim.

Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a free replacement. You do not need to return the defective product to us.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or accidents occurring after the garment has been used.
3. Returned or unclaimed orders
If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to pick up the order, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if they wish to receive the product again.
LEGAL NOTICE: Our return address is strictly for logistical processing. We do not accept physical correspondence, letters, or notifications. Any correspondence received will be returned to the sender.
