Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer *Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, no matter where you are in the world.*

At GALLOPER™ GROUP, all products are made on-demand. This means that once you place your order, production begins immediately. Please read the following information carefully.

Production & Shipping Times

All orders go through two stages:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (printing, quality control, and packaging)
  • Shipping time:
    • Europe: 3–5 business days
    • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to:

Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela, and the Gaza Strip.

Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, shipments are very limited. Orders to Ukraine are only processed through our Latvia facility. The same applies to Kosovo, with limited product availability.

Shipping restrictions may change depending on global events.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

GALLOPER™ GROUP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Additional reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
